    A 1.About the order process
    Placing the order from our company is very secure and simple . You can place the order from our website online directly.
    At first, Please add all the products you want into the shopping cart and then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit it, you will get your order number afterward ( Please record this order number for further inquiries ).
    After you place the order, we will check soon and then send the invoice include the shipping cost to you within 24 hours.( If you didn’t receive the email from us within 24 hours since you get the order number, there must be some problems during the process of submitting your order. Please contact us soon, thank you.) 
    At last, after you receive the invoice ,please pay the order soon and tell us the detailed information .So that we could check your payment, and send the parcel to you in time, and then we will tell you the tracking number, so you could check online.

    2. What should I do when I am failed to place order ?
    A. Use other browsers. There’re many browsers you can use, such as IE, Firefox, Google chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.
    B. If it still doesn’t work, you can copy the goods list including item number, size and color; send us by email together with your username on our site, and also send us your full shipping address. We’ll place the order for you and then let you know as soon as possible.

    3. Can you separate my order to several packages in order to avoid tax in custom?
    Usually we send only one package for one order unless it’s too large to be put into one box, but also only one tracking number. If you want us to send two or more packages, please write down the request in the Notice when you submit the order. But more packages, more shipping cost need to pay more, you know.

    4. Can I confirm stock status with you before payment?
    Yes, after you place the order, we’ll check and inform you which items are out of stock, and then send the invoice to you. But as you know, our stock status is changing from time to time, so we can’t promise that the items will be still in stock when we prepare your order.

    5. What will happen if there are out-of-stock items in my order after payment?
    So as not to delay your order, we'll send out the prepared items on time and then recalculate the item prices and shipping fee. All excess payment will be credited to your next order. We can also refund to your PayPal account if you want.

    6. Why my cart is empty when I open it again next day?
    Because our system stores the cart in the cache of the browser, so once the cache has been cleared, the cart will be empty.

  • Q OEM & ODM Order FAQ

    A 1).What is the price ? 

    The price is totally up to the materials ,it also depends on your order quantities.You could get a discount with big quantities for sure.

    2).What is the MOQ?

    Normally it's 200 sets per color per style.

    3).What's the sampling time? 

    It takes around 7-14days .

    4)What's the production lead time ? 

    It takes around 30-35 days for common fabric, and takes 50-55 days for special fabric. However, it takes more time during the peak production period. We will confirm that before signing the contract.

    5)What's the packing ? 

    Any packing is accessible based on client's requirement .

    6)Have your Bennett authorized any audits in your company?

    Our factories have authorized SEDEX. We will select a suitable factory to carry on your order. What you need to do is only to place order with out company,you won’t be regretted to cooperate with us.we would follow up with every details closely and make sure our price will meet with your target price ,and then be responsible for its quality & Delivery as we talked.

    7) Can you supply us a testing report ? 

    We would use the ECO-Friendly materials for production if needed, which could be authorized the requested testing standard.

    8)Can you open a new sole mould for us ? 

    The mould charge would be on our account supposed your order quantities reach to 10,000 pieces run in 1 year. Otherwise ,we need you to bear the mould charge accordingly based on your order quantities.

    9)How can you control the quality for us ? 

    Before the mass production, we will send you the pre-production sample to check and confirm. Then we will send your confirmed sample to the factory and our professional QC will also check the materials, the semi-finished product and the finished products on line. Before the shipment, we will send you the production sample with final packing for your checking. And it will be welcome if the QC in your side can inspect the goods by yourself.

    10)What is your payment term?

    For samples, we can accept T/T, L/C and PayPal .
    For orders, we accept 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.

    11)How can I estimate the cost including the freight ?

    We can check the freight if you tell me your destination port or address, we can send you the product by ship, airplane, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS, CHINA POST and so on, so you can estimate your cost before placing the order.
